Account and data deletion
You can delete your account and all related data at any time — in the app or without it.
In the app
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the list.
- Confirm — the account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email prawko@marchuk.online from the address linked to your Apple or Google account with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm it in our reply.
What we delete
- Account identifier and email address
- Progress, answers, practice test results
- Saved questions and notes
- Settings and notification tokens
What may remain
- Transaction data the law requires us to keep [OKRES]
- Anonymised statistics that cannot be linked to you
Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. End the subscription in the App Store or Google Play settings — otherwise the store keeps renewing it.
