Terms of use

In short
  • You use the app and the practice test on the website without an account.
  • The full version is a subscription in the App Store or Google Play — cancel it in the store settings.
  • The app helps you learn but doesn’t guarantee passing the exam.
  • We handle complaints within 14 days.

General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for using the “Prawko na luzie” mobile app for Android and iOS (the “App”) and the Prawko na luzie website (the “Website”), provided electronically under the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
  2. The service provider is Mykola Marchuk - Design & Tech, ul. Domaniewska 37/2.43, 02-672 Warszawa, NIP 7011161928, email: prawko@marchuk.online (the “Provider”).
  3. The App is for learning for the theory part of the state category B driving test. Questions come from the official bank published by the minister responsible for transport. Explanations, translations and additional materials were prepared by the Provider and are supplementary — in case of discrepancies, the law and the official question bank prevail.
  4. The App and the Website are not official products and are not affiliated with WORD or public authorities. Using them does not guarantee passing the exam.

Website

  1. The Website offers a free practice test, guides and information about the App, with no account needed.
  2. The practice test on the Website uses selected questions (with photos and videos) from the official bank; the full question bank with explanations is available in the App.
  3. We send the PDF cheat sheet to the email address provided after it is confirmed via the link in our message. Exam tips are sent only if you tick a separate consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Technical requirements

  1. The App requires a device with Android 8.0 or later or iOS 16 or later. Downloading the question bank and videos requires an internet connection; learning works offline.
  2. Submitting unlawful content is prohibited, in particular in question error reports.

Account

  1. The App can be used without an account. An account (sign-in with Apple or Google) is used to sync progress between devices.
  2. You can delete the account at any time in the App (Profile → Delete account). Deleting the account deletes the progress data stored on the server.

Free version and subscription

  1. The free version lets you answer up to 25 questions a day. The exam simulator, study plan, reviews and offline videos are part of the full version.
  2. The full version is available as an auto-renewing subscription:
    • monthly — 29,99 zł / month, with a 3-day free trial,
    • three-monthly — 49,99 zł / 3 months, without a trial.
  3. Payments, renewals and cancellations are handled by the store (Google Play or App Store) under its own terms. You can cancel in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period; not cancelling during the trial starts the paid subscription.
  4. Refunds are handled by the store under its own rules.

Right of withdrawal

  1. A consumer (and a business with consumer rights) may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason.
  2. By starting to use digital content before this period ends, the user consents to the performance of the service and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal under Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. [DO WERYFIKACJI: mechanizm zgody w sklepie]

Complaints

  1. Complaints about the App, the Website or the content can be sent to prawko@marchuk.online or via “Report an error” under a question in the App.
  2. The Provider handles a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and replies to the address it was sent from.
  3. Payment complaints are handled by the store where the purchase was made.
  4. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. municipal and county consumer ombudsmen and the regional Trade Inspection.
  1. The official question bank and multimedia come from publicly available resources of the minister responsible for transport. Other elements of the App and the Website (explanations, translations, guides, graphics, code) are protected by the Provider’s copyright.
  2. Copying and distributing this content beyond permitted personal use is prohibited.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

Final provisions

  1. The Provider may change these Terms for important reasons (changes in law or in the App’s or Website’s features). Users will be informed in the App at least 14 days in advance; changes do not affect rights acquired in the current subscription period.
  2. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The Polish version of the Terms prevails.
