Subscription and payments
How do I cancel the trial or subscription?
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it ends.
When is the first payment taken?
After the 3-day trial, unless you cancel it. On day 2 we send a reminder in the app.
How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account and tap “Restore purchases” in Profile → Subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Not directly from us. Payments are handled by the App Store and Google Play, so refunds are requested in the store. We are happy to help if something doesn’t work.
